The atmosphere in edamame is unique. Always bustling and busy and yet enjoyable to be amongst the throng of people.
The service is the right kind of fast. If you want a long meal with friends or a quick lunch before jetting off, it works here. Once, our order was messed up but they were very apologetic and gave us complementary edamame whilst we waited.

The hustle and bustle is great, but it means that sometimes you have to climb over people to get to your chair.

Every meal here comes out perfectly; traditional cooking by a Japanese family: everything you could want. Every menu is great.

There are different lunch, dinner, and sushi menus, each of which has options for everyone, as well as specials and sides on sheets on the wall.
There are a good number of vegetarian options and they also do vegetarian miso soup (to replace the miso that comes with every meal) which is a nice touch.
