The restaurant seems like it would be nice when it was busy but when we were there it was basically empty and a bit dead
The service was very good and attentive and explained every part of each dish really nicely

It was quite expensive, but for a taster menu it is well-priced
The space was well laid out, and well decorated. The staircase up to the second floor was very attractive too.

Focussing on British flavours and seasonable produce, the food is lovely to eat. The flavours were great, and each dish was well-balanced but intense.

There was one tasting menu, although you could choose between 5 and 8 courses, and an additional cheese course, and the menu seems to be updated relatively frequently
The restaurant was very helpful with dietary requirements and would be able to accommodate any diet.
